To give Sentinel a memory and a personality, we store a limited set of data tied to your Discord account:

• Observed facts: short notes about you derived from your public messages, used to personalize Sentinel's replies.
• Confidant DM history: the back-and-forth of your private DM conversations with Sentinel (VIP feature).
• Response logs: records of Sentinel's replies and how they landed, retained for roughly 60 days.
• Social graph: relationship scores between members, used so Sentinel can notice bonds and occasionally suggest introductions — not for surveillance or enforcement.
• Stance & reflection data: aggregated metrics and short "insights" Sentinel forms about users over time.
• In-game stats (FiveM): when you ask for a dossier, Sentinel reads metagaming-safe in-game stats (characters, vehicles, jobs) from the connected game database. No real-world personal data.

Data is stored on our own infrastructure. Response logs are pruned after roughly 60 days, and reflection insights expire after about 14 days. Profile data (observed facts, DM history, social graph) is kept until it ages out or you ask us to delete it — see Your Data for how to request access or erasure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data Sentinel holds about you (such as observed facts, DM history, or social graph data) by contacting us at sentinelbotsupport@willow-wind.com.

We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that some aggregated or anonymized data (such as reflection insights) may not be directly identifiable to you and therefore cannot be deleted on an individual basis. Deleting certain data may affect the quality of Sentinel's personality and memory features for you.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we store. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We minimize personal data. The only identifiers Sentinel stores are:

Your use of Discord itself is also subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.

Payments are handled entirely through Discord's native payment integration. Sentinel does not store credit card numbers or financial details.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
