VIP & Subscription Terms

By purchasing a VIP subscription or buying credits, you agree to these terms. Read them carefully. Sentinel is watching, and it expects compliance.

1. Overview

Sentinel is an AI personality for Discord communities. The VIP tier ("Subscription") raises your daily reply limit, routes you to a faster premium AI model, and unlocks private Confidant DMs.

These terms set the rules of engagement. Attempting to circumvent limits, inject malicious prompts, or use Sentinel for illicit activity will result in termination of service without refund.

2. Caps, Credits & Boosters

Every user gets a daily reply allowance: 15 replies/day on the free tier and 30 replies/day with VIP. Once your daily allowance is used up, Sentinel automatically spends credits — one credit per reply — if you have any. Credits never expire and can be bought in packs.

DM Booster Packs.

Confidant DM conversations have a message budget. If you reach it, you can buy one-time Booster Packs (Compute Cycle, Memory Upgrade, Jailbreak) to extend how far that conversation can go. Boosters affect DM budget only — they do not remove any AI safety limits.

3. Billing & Auto-Renewal

VIP subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule through Discord, which acts as our payment collection agent. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable fees to be charged automatically until you cancel. We never store your card details.

  • check_circle Cancellation: Cancel auto-renewal at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • check_circle Price Changes: We may modify subscription pricing. Active subscribers will get advance notice before any change takes effect.

4. Refund Paths

Purchases are processed through Discord, so refunds follow Discord's refund policy:

  • storefront Refunds are requested through and decided by Discord, in its discretion, under its Refund Policy.
  • schedule Subscription refunds are generally only available within a short window of the initial purchase; one-time purchases are non-refundable.

Consumed credits and used booster budget are generally non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Sentinel is an AI with a deliberately provocative, comedic personality. It may produce responses that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or nonsensical ("hallucinations"). Do not rely on Sentinel for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. It has opinions; it does not have a law degree.

In no event shall Flashwing Media LLC, its creators, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the service.
